口中高喊「Temple(寺廟)」,幾經日本人的口頭傳頌演變為「Tempure(天婦羅)」,
而天婦羅在日本有兩種含意,一是指將食材沾裹麵衣,下鍋油炸而成的食物,
另一種則是將魚肉打成魚漿後,再將其塑形,下鍋油炸成的食物,風貌多變的讓人目不暇給。
