Description

整尾石斑魚切成塊狀,便利於煮湯,採用低溫活體斷鰓技術,

讓切塊後石斑魚無須再次處理,直接打開即可烹飪

規格:   500克裝/盒   (約2-3人份)

石斑魚湯煮法 =>

Step1   將水加熱至沸騰

Step2   將石斑魚打開封膜倒入沸騰水

Step3   魚肉七分熟後將預備好薑絲及蛤蜊(2-3顆即可)去腥提鮮秘訣

Step4   最後放入蔥、鹽巴(味精)少許,完成。 

(可依造個人喜好加豆腐、九層塔、海帶)
