規格: 龍膽魚骨 500g/包 (已分切成塊狀)

龍膽魚骨富含豐副膠質與鈣質,非常適合小朋友及哺乳媽媽們食用哦!!!


發奶魚骨湯

1.炒菜鍋內放入麻油”小火”煎薑絲(不能用大火爆薑絲會上火)。

2.薑絲煎透後加入八分滿的水煮滾。

3.水滾後再放入龍膽魚骨。

4.水滾轉小火煮到魚湯剩下約1/3的量即可(大約40分鐘~1小時)。

  這種魚湯放冷後會變成果凍一樣,因為魚骨中的膠質與鈣質都被煮出來了。
